Patient Care Coordinator

Uptown Family Vision in Park Ridge is growing! We are a family-oriented optometry office and optical boutique, located conveniently across the street from the Metra, and we are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team! Our ideal candidate is seeking long term growth with a company and not "just a job."

Job Duties:

  • Assist doctor with patient care
  • Greet and welcome patients
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer phones and emails
  • Assist patients with optical sales
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Contribute to social media presence
  • Potential marketing opportunities
  • Anything else needed to keep theoffice running efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Optical/optometry experience required
  • High-energy and bubbly personality
  • Eager to learn new skills and demonstrate proficiency
  • Computer savvy
  • Enjoys working with children
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Willingness to take initiative to improve office efficiency
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
