Uptown Family Vision in Park Ridge is growing! We are a family-oriented optometry office and optical boutique, located conveniently across the street from the Metra, and we are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team! Our ideal candidate is seeking long term growth with a company and not "just a job."
Job Duties:
- Assist doctor with patient care
- Greet and welcome patients
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phones and emails
- Assist patients with optical sales
- Provide excellent customer service
- Contribute to social media presence
- Potential marketing opportunities
- Anything else needed to keep theoffice running efficiently
Qualifications:
- Optical/optometry experience required
- High-energy and bubbly personality
- Eager to learn new skills and demonstrate proficiency
- Computer savvy
- Enjoys working with children
- Excellent phone presence
- Strong organizational abilities
- Willingness to take initiative to improve office efficiency
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
